The answer: a new Atlanta market opened on 2026-09-11

Ten #AT* campaigns (CRM ids 1090–1099, the highest numbers in the 815-campaign list) took their first lead on 2026-09-11. There were zero #AT leads in the whole of 2025 and in 2026 up to that date. They have taken 358 leads since, all on #AT1FX and #ATKIDSX — both Blue Rooms families.

That is what moved the Atlanta-metro numbers: 402 leads from Atlanta-metro ZIPs in the window against 86 in the prior window (0.29% → 2.07% of all leads), the highest share of the year.

302 and 305 are Atlanta metro but are NOT on the Nashville target list. 67 leads in the window sit on those two prefixes. A Nashville-coded lead from either is a breach under the OOA rule; an #AT-coded one cannot be scored at all.

These campaigns are NOT Atlanta-only

Only 75.1% of #AT leads are in Georgia at all, and plenty of the Georgia ones are nowhere near Atlanta — Augusta, Savannah, Columbus, Macon. Whatever radius the new campaigns are running, it is not the Atlanta metro.

300xx — the two code families, side by side

300xx is the Atlanta north/east metro — Duluth, Norcross, Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, Cumming. It is the biggest Atlanta-metro prefix and the one that has been billed to Nashville all year. The two code families are plotted separately — Nashville codes on the left, the new #AT codes on the right, in the same frame at the same dot scale. The rings are distance from NASHVILLE, at 50-mile steps, because that is the studio these leads were sent to. Every dot sits outside the 200-mile ring — and on Atlanta's doorstep. The two studios are 215 miles apart.

On NASHVILLE codes — 2026 to date 586 leads across 62 ZIPs. Rings = miles from NASHVILLE. 50 mi 100 mi 150 mi 200 mi 250 mi 215 miles 30014 — Covington: 27 leads 27 30052 — Loganville: 25 leads 25 30067 — Marietta: 22 leads 22 30044 — Lawrenceville: 20 leads 20 30083 — Stone Mountain: 20 leads 20 30028 — Cumming: 19 leads 30032 — Decatur: 19 leads 30038 — Lithonia: 19 leads 30016 — Covington: 18 leads 30041 — Cumming: 17 leads 30058 — Lithonia: 15 leads 30094 — Conyers: 15 leads 30093 — Norcross: 14 leads 30004 — Alpharetta: 13 leads 30019 — Dacula: 13 leads 30035 — Decatur: 13 leads 30040 — Cumming: 13 leads 30078 — Snellville: 13 leads 30034 — Decatur: 12 leads 30039 — Snellville: 12 leads 30047 — Lilburn: 12 leads 30066 — Marietta: 12 leads 30088 — Stone Mountain: 12 leads 30096 — Duluth: 12 leads 30011 — Auburn: 11 leads 30017 — Grayson: 11 leads 30046 — Lawrenceville: 11 leads 30013 — Conyers: 10 leads 30022 — Alpharetta: 10 leads 30043 — Lawrenceville: 9 leads 30080 — Smyrna: 9 leads 30084 — Tucker: 9 leads 30008 — Marietta: 8 leads 30064 — Marietta: 8 leads 30087 — Stone Mountain: 8 leads 30097 — Duluth: 8 leads 30071 — Norcross: 7 leads 30005 — Alpharetta: 6 leads 30024 — Suwanee: 6 leads 30092 — Norcross: 6 leads 30009 — Alpharetta: 5 leads 30045 — Lawrenceville: 5 leads 30060 — Marietta: 5 leads 30062 — Marietta: 5 leads 30075 — Roswell: 5 leads 30012 — Conyers: 4 leads 30033 — Decatur: 4 leads 30076 — Roswell: 4 leads 30002 — Avondale Estates: 3 leads 30021 — Clarkston: 3 leads 30070 — Porterdale: 3 leads 30030 — Decatur: 2 leads 30054 — Oxford: 2 leads 30068 — Marietta: 2 leads 30082 — Smyrna: 2 leads 30085 — Tucker: 2 leads 30001 — Austell: 1 leads 30006 — Marietta: 1 leads 30023 — Alpharetta: 1 leads 30025 — Social Circle: 1 leads 30056 — Newborn: 1 leads 30090 — Marietta: 1 leads ATLANTA NASHVILLE 20 mi On ATLANTA #AT codes — since 2026-09-11 84 leads across 42 ZIPs. All three are NASHVILLE-coded leads only, in the same bounding box at the same dot scale, so they read directly against each other. The third panel is thin because the flow onto Nashville codes stopped when the #AT codes went live — not because the leads stopped.

Like for like: 2026-09-02 → 2026-09-15 against the same 14 calendar days 2 months back (2026-07-02 → 2026-07-15)

This is the cleaner baseline. The prior fortnight contains two unusually large intake days, so it flatters every decline; 2026-07 does not. Read the share column, not the count — total intake is down 25% across the whole business, so almost everything falls in absolute terms.

The Atlanta codes were carved out of Nashville's, not conjured from nothing

Georgia was already being pushed into Nashville's Blue Rooms campaigns through late August. On 2026-09-11 it was split onto its own codes. The Georgia share of #NAKIDSX falls off a cliff on exactly that date — that is the carve-out, and it is why this is a re-route as well as a launch.

Adults (Insta)

So it is not purely new demand. On the kids side the Georgia leads moved across and the two codes together then grew; on the adults side #NA1FX lost almost nothing and #AT1FX is close to pure new volume. Anyone reading the #AT count as incremental leads will over-state it by whatever the kids carve-out was.

Nashville's off-list tail was cleaned up between the two windows

600 off-list leads then, 75 now — and it is not one prefix, it is the whole tail. Whatever was tightened, it worked.

TOTAL1,796 2,636-32% 2,636 → 1,796
By week — the last 18 weeks, week commencing Monday

300xx ran 14 a week (the median of the complete weeks) all summer, then stepped up hard. The step starts w/c 2026-08-31, and that week was almost entirely NASHVILLE-coded — before the #AT codes existed on 2026-09-11. The taps were opened on Atlanta geography into Nashville's own codes first; the #AT codes arrived afterwards to catch what was already flowing. Watch the total-intake column falling at the same time: Atlanta's share rose on a bigger numerator and a smaller denominator.

What this page is scored on

In area = the lead's 3-digit ZIP prefix is on its assigned studio's target list (zip_target_prefixes.json, the 16.7.2026 list, every prefix within a 4-hour real drive). That is the canonical OOA rule since 17 Jul 2026 — not the old 200-mile radius.

The four things to know before quoting anything here

1. There is no Atlanta sheet on the target list. The list has eight sheets: Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, Nashville, Miami, New York, Orlando. So an #AT lead cannot be scored in-area or out-of-area at all. This page says "no target list" rather than calling 336 leads a breach. Do not report Atlanta's breach rate as 100%.

2. Every other report is blind to #AT. suppliers.detectCity() has no AT branch, so it returns Unknown — and every OOA report filters Unknown out before counting. Until an Atlanta sheet exists and PENDING_CITY_PREFIXES is folded into CITY_PREFIXES, these leads appear on this page and nowhere else.

3. Not one #AT lead has reached a booker. Two independent CRM reports agree: the lead-bookings report shows 0 bookings on any #AT code, and the lead-distribution report shows 0 distributed to every booker — #ATKIDSX and #AT1FX do not even appear as rows in it, only the older empty #AT1 / #AT3 / #ATFB3 / #ATLP2 shells do. That is a live finding, not a settled one: the market is only days old.

4. The prior window is not a clean baseline. It contains two unusually large intake days, so a "−x% vs prior window" on a total is partly that spike unwinding. The share-of-all-leads columns are the safer read, and the monthly tab is safer still.

Open questions for Neil

• Is Atlanta a real studio opening, or are #AT leads meant to be worked by the Nashville room? Nothing is being distributed either way.
• Where is the Atlanta ZIP target sheet? Without it no supplier can be held to an area on Atlanta.
302 and 305 are Atlanta metro and are on nobody's list — should they be added to Nashville's sheet, or to a new Atlanta one?
• The #AT campaigns are pulling from Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina as well as Georgia. Is that intended?
