Affirm and Klarna have nowhere to go — and Square cannot help because Affirm settles as an ordinary
Visa (90 days, all six cities: AFTERPAY 273, Affirm 0). Every lender figure here is a
count of what somebody typed into a booking's note thread. It is a floor, not a total: a
customer who used a lender and had it keyed as "Card" with nothing typed is invisible, and no report
can find them. Treat the collection rates as the reliable part and the population size as a minimum.
Collected % is the column that answers the question: total collected over total finance written, so a handful of big agreements cannot be outvoted by a crowd of small ones. Of plan is payments that landed against payments the plan called for. Never paid once is the share of financed agreements where not a single instalment ever came in — the cleanest read on who was never going to pay.

Lender users are not spread evenly across kids and adult, so the headline comparison mixes two effects. This one holds the audience fixed and changes only the lender — if the gap survives here, it is the lender doing the work and not the campaign. Rates are withheld below 20 agreements: the kids cells are 2 and 1 customers respectively, and a percentage on one person is not evidence of anything. Adult is the only row with the numbers to read.
