After reviewing your email and the options you provided, I must respectfully decline both options. My concern is not related to changing the payment plan or reducing the package. My concern is the way the services and expectations were presented to me before I agreed to make this purchase. During my consultation, I asked a specific question about when I would be able to start working as a model. I was told that I could potentially begin receiving opportunities within approximately two to six weeks. This information played an important role in my decision to move forward and make my payment. Based on the information provided during my consultation, I understood that this package would help me move forward toward obtaining modeling opportunities. If I had clearly understood from the beginning that your company only provides materials, photos, and resources, without direct access to opportunities, bookings, placements, or modeling work, I would not have agreed to purchase this package. In your recent email, you explained that your company does not provide or guarantee job opportunities, bookings, or placements. This clarification does not match my understanding of what was communicated to me during my consultation before I made my payment. I also want to address the $25 registration fee. Before my appointment, I was told that this fee would be refunded when I arrived at the studio. However, once I arrived, this was never discussed again and I never received the refund. Additionally, after my experience, I reviewed feedback from other customers and found several reviews describing situations similar to mine, where customers expressed concerns about the expectations and information provided before purchasing the services. For these reasons, I do not wish to continue with this agreement. I am requesting the cancellation of my contract and a refund of the amount I have already paid, including the $800 payment made during my consultation. Please provide a written response confirming: Whether you will cancel my agreement; Whether you will issue a refund for the amount I have paid; A detailed explanation of the services provided and how they correspond to what was explained during my consultation. I would appreciate your response in writing so this matter can be properly documented and resolved.
