  The client emailed: kayli bastoe Aug 7, 2026, 5:07?PM (7 days ago) to me In the state of Texas I have the right to exit in 3 days. I contacted on day one. I was not able to read the contract and the women told me they would help me book a job. It was not honest, I was upset after I read the contract myself. The sales agent that signed me was deceptive and stated that they would help me get jobs which is the only reason I signed the contract. When reviewing the contract with your agent, she stated I was set for a scholarship to help me obtain a modeling career through studio 1. After reviewing the contract myself I found that everything she told me was wrong which is why I contacted studio 1 immediately to cancel the contract as it’s not what I thought I would be paying for. This violates Texas law, Deceptive Trade Practices Act(DTPA). If your company is valid and this is incorrect then the agent that signed me was not following studio 1 standards, and was deceptive to gain a sale. I was lied to and pressured into signing. There is no mention of a scholarship in the contract, and it is not what I thought I was signing. If I do not receive a refund for my $400 and cancelation of the contract in 10 business days I will get into contact with an attorney.
