…. I had to relocate back to home country, because I was no longer working and could no longer afford living in the USA. I really do apologize for all the inconvenience that has been caused, however there is really nothing that I can do towards this. responded: Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel the balance as all materials were delivered to you. If you're unable to provide payment toward the balance, the debt will be referred to a third-party agency for collection purposes.

I am also in the process of moving back to my home country (South Africa) so my bank account will be closed. In my consultation with Alex after the photoshoot, I was also promised a website page where I can just apply for gigs, I have not gotten that so don’t say that all promises that were ,made in the contract has been delivered because that is a straight up lie!! I don’t know what else to tell you other than I cannot afford it even if you reduced the monthly payment, I am not employed and in the process of finalizing things in the USA before moving back to SA. I trust that this is in order and that I cancel it. responded: Yes, but as the company is denying the request to terminate based on the fact that all materials have been delivered to you in full, this term is not applicable at this time. And the resources were sent within the Talent Guide, which was delivered alongside your images. We'll have this resent so that it's fresh in your inbox. And while we understand your circumstances, the balance cannot be waived for services that have been rendered to you in full.

I am left with no choice but to cancel my agreement with the company simply because I cannot pay it. I am incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. responded: Thank you for your email. Please find your order contract attached. As outlined in the agreement, the order is non-cancelable once executed. Please note also that all materials outlined in the service contract have been produced and released to you in full. Due to this, we cannot cancel the order. At this time, we can lower your monthly payments down to $66.67 moving forward. We do hope this helps.
