As per Section 6.0 of our agreement, I understand and accept that any monies I have paid up to this point are non-refundable and will be forfeited or kept as studio credit. In exchange, I kindly request that the studio agrees to cancel the remaining balance owed, stop all future recurring charges to my card on file, and close my account without any further penalties, late fees, or legal actions.
