While Studio 1 does not function as a modeling agency, we do provide clients with guidance, assistance, industry resources, professional materials, and ongoing support designed to help them pursue modeling opportunities independently. Our role is to provide you with the tools and direction needed to navigate the industry; we do not act as your agent or directly book work on your behalf. We also want to clarify that we do not guarantee modeling jobs, bookings, placements, or a specific amount of work or income within a particular timeframe, including beginning in September. The modeling industry is highly competitive, and opportunities depend on many factors, including market demand, casting requirements, individual submissions, consistency, experience, and other factors outside of our control. The products and services we provide are outlined in your signed agreement, which is the formal record of what was purchased. These terms were also discussed with you prior to your purchase. Additionally, the outreach information sent to you before your photoshoot explains our role and the scope of the services we provide. If there was a misunderstanding regarding guaranteed work or the expectation that our team would handle the entire process for you, I sincerely apologize for that confusion. However, we can only operate according to the services documented in the signed agreement. Any verbal statements that are not reflected in the agreement would not change the documented terms. That does not mean you are expected to navigate everything completely on your own. Our Outreach Team is specifically available to provide guidance and assistance, including helping you understand your next steps, locate and use casting resources, research agencies, navigate your portfolio and website, prepare for submissions, and make better use of the materials included in your package.
