Services Provided

ICONIC by AI ("the Company") agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

  • Professional AI-generated modelling portfolio (8-12+ photos across multiple styles)
  • Industry-standard Z-Card (comp card) in print-ready PDF format
  • Personal portfolio website with photos, bio, and contact information
  • Influencer Launch Toolkit including content strategy and engagement guides
  • 5-Day Modelling Masterclass video series
  • Content Strategy Guide

Delivery

The portfolio and all materials will be delivered within 7 days of the Client uploading their selfie photographs, subject to the payment terms below being met.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide 6-15 clear, well-lit selfie photographs suitable for AI processing
  • Ensure photos are of the Client and that the Client has full rights to the images
  • Respond to any requests for additional information within 48 hours

Usage Rights

  • The Client retains full personal usage rights to all generated portfolio content
  • The Company retains the right to use anonymised or consented examples for marketing purposes
  • The Client agrees not to resell or redistribute the AI-generated content as a commercial product

Missed Payments & Service Suspension

The Client acknowledges that continued access to ICONIC by AI services is conditional upon maintaining payments in accordance with their selected package. In the event of missed or overdue payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend or disable any or all of the following services, including but not limited to:

  • Managed Instagram posting and content uploads on the Client's behalf
  • Generation and delivery of additional AI photographs beyond the initial portfolio
  • The Client's personal portfolio website (the site may be taken offline)
  • Access to the Influencer Launch Toolkit, Masterclass, and other digital resources

Services will be reinstated once all outstanding payments have been brought up to date. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client before any suspension takes effect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Monthly payment plans may be cancelled at any time by contacting the Company
  • If cancellation occurs before portfolio delivery, a refund will be provided minus any production costs incurred
  • Once the portfolio has been delivered, no refunds will be issued
  • The Company reserves the right to offer revisions if the Client is unsatisfied with the initial delivery
