This contract is for the purchase of the online marketing tools set out above, all generated by AI.

By signing this contract the Client understands that they shall be responsible for providing four good quality selfies, following the guidelines we provide. The product can only be delivered once these have been uploaded, and the Company is not responsible contractually if the selfies are not uploaded. Similarly, the automation of the client’s Instagram feed is subject to the client providing the Company with access.

All products shall be delivered to the client’s portal within 4 working days, accessible via the Web. The Client shall be responsible for selecting which photos to add to their portfolio, and choosing which they would like to replace, if any.

If the Client misses more than two payments, the Company has the right to restrict access to goods and services until such time as the Client has caught up with payments.

The Client agrees that we can contact them by SMS, Email, and Phone, and share their details with related companies.

The Company and Client agree and consent that the jurisdiction of this contract is in the State of Florida.
