ICONIC by AI is a two-pronged career launcher. Clients send us a few selfies from their phone, and we build them a complete modelling portfolio AND an influencer launch package. The modelling side (photos, website, Z-card) gets them in front of agencies and booked for gigs. The influencer side (managed Instagram, growth playbook, brand deal roadmap) gets them followers and income from brand deals. Both paths make money. Both paths build a career.
Your job on the video call has four goals:
If they leave the call without paying, the close rate drops massively. The goal is all four steps done before they hang up.
Every call follows this flow. You'll share your screen and walk through the pitch deck slide by slide.
The whole call should be 15-20 minutes. Don't rush, but don't waffle either. Let them talk. The more they talk about their goals, the easier the close.

Open these before every call:
The deck shows: "Welcome to ICONIC — Your AI-Powered Modelling Portfolio"
"Hey [NAME], thanks for jumping on — how's your day going?"
(Let them answer. Be genuine.)
"So before I show you anything, I just want to say — this is totally no pressure. I'm going to walk you through what we do, show you some real examples, and if it's a fit, great. If not, no hard feelings at all. Cool?"
"So what made you interested in this? What caught your eye?"
(SHUT UP AND LISTEN. Whatever they say here is your ammunition for the close later.)
Write down what they say. If they say "I want to get into modelling" or "I need better content for Instagram" — use those exact words back to them later when you close. People buy when they hear their own reasons repeated back.
Don't launch straight into the pitch. Don't say "let me tell you about our amazing product." Spend at least 2 minutes just chatting. People buy from people they like.
The deck shows four pain points about traditional photo studios.
"So [NAME], let me ask you — have you ever looked into getting professional photos done? Like at a proper studio?"
(Let them answer.)
"Yeah, so here's the thing most people don't realise..."
"The biggest problem isn't even the money — it's ACCESS. Most people don't have a professional studio anywhere near them. It's like having talent but never getting on stage. Think about it — how many amazing people never got discovered just because they couldn't get in front of the right camera?"
"And even if you DO find a studio — a proper shoot with a photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, retouching, studio time — that's three to four thousand dollars for the full package."
"Then you've got to travel to wherever the studio is — take time off work, maybe drive hours..."
"And after all of that? You get maybe 8 to 10 photos. That's it. One look, one set. Done."
"And honestly — if you've never done it before? It's pretty intimidating walking into a studio cold."
After each point, pause and let them react. You want them nodding along. If they say "yeah, that's exactly why I haven't done it" — you're golden. That agreement is what makes the solution land.
Use questions to get agreement: "Does that sound about right?" / "Have you run into that?" / "Makes sense, right?"
The deck shows: "Even if you could find a studio near you..."
"And here's the thing — even if you COULD find a studio near you, even if you DID spend three to four grand on the full package — photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, retouching, all of it..."
"You get 8 to 10 photos. That's maybe a week of Instagram content. Then what?"
"You need more content. But you've already spent all the money. So you're stuck posting the same photos over and over, or going back to phone selfies."
"That's the problem with the old way — most people can't even ACCESS it, and the ones who can? It's expensive, it's one-and-done, and it doesn't actually solve the content problem."
This is where you're making them feel the pain of NOT having a solution. Don't be aggressive — be empathetic. You're on their side. "It's frustrating, right?"
The deck shows: "What if you could get all of this without leaving your house?"
"So... what if there was a way to get all of that — the professional photos, the portfolio, the content — no matter where you live, without travelling anywhere, and without even leaving your house?"
"That's what ICONIC does. AI does 80% of the heavy lifting. No makeup artist needed. No hair stylist. No photographer. 21st century magic."
"But here's what makes it really special — it's not just photos. We build your entire influencer launch. We post to your Instagram for you, give you the content strategy, the captions, the hashtags — everything you need to start getting real followers, real engagement, and real brand deals."
"It's a two-pronged approach. The modelling side gets you in front of agencies, booked for gigs, building a real career. The influencer side gets you followers, brand deals, and a stream of income from your phone. Most people want both — and ICONIC delivers both."
Pause after "ICONIC delivers both." This is the moment the conversation shifts from "this costs money" to "this MAKES money from two different directions." Let them process that. Ask: "Which side are you more excited about — the modelling or the influencer side?" Their answer tells you how to angle the rest of the call.
The deck shows the 5-step process.
"It's really simple. Five steps."
"One — you take a quick quiz. Takes about 2 minutes. Tells us your style, your goals, what look you're going for."
"Two — you take 3 to 5 selfies on your phone. Normal selfies. Different angles. Nothing fancy."
"Three — our team takes those selfies and builds your entire portfolio using AI. We train a custom model on YOUR face so every photo looks like you. Not some generic filter."
"Four — within 7 days, you get your professional photos, your own portfolio website, and your Z-card. All done."
"Five — we start posting to your Instagram for you. 2-3 posts a week for 3 months, with captions and hashtags. All managed."
Don't say "artificial intelligence" or get technical about LoRA training or machine learning. Say "our team builds it" and "custom AI model." Keep it simple. They don't care how the engine works, they care that the car drives.
The deck shows each deliverable with its value. Go through these ONE AT A TIME. Don't rush.
"So let me show you exactly what's included. And I'm going to show you what each piece would cost if you went out and got it separately."
| What They Get | Value | What to Say |
|---|---|---|
| 15-18 Professional AI Photos | $400 | "Not 8. Not 10. Fifteen to eighteen photos, multiple styles, multiple looks." |
| Portfolio Website | $500 | "Your own website. Your name, your photos, contact info. Ready to send to anyone." |
| Z-Card / Comp Card | $150 | "This is what agencies use. It's your modelling business card, basically." |
| 2-3 Social Posts/week for 3 Months | $400 | "2-3 fresh posts every week for 3 months. Consistent, professional content." |
| AI-Written Captions for Every Post | $200 | "Every post comes with a caption and hashtags, written by AI. You don't have to think about it." |
| Instagram Managed For You | $500 | "We post FOR you. You don't even have to open Instagram. We handle it." |
| Influencer Launch Toolkit | $150 | "This is your playbook. How to grow your following, get your first brand deal, build your personal brand. Step by step." |
| Instagram Growth Playbook | $200 | "Exactly how to turn your ICONIC content into followers and income. Hashtag strategy, Reels, how to land brand deals — the whole roadmap." |
| 5-Day Modelling Masterclass | $150 | "Video course covering posing, industry tips, how to approach agencies." |
"So this is what I mean by two-pronged. On the modelling side — the portfolio, the website, the Z-card — that's what gets you noticed by agencies, booked for gigs, building a real modelling career. A few days of industry work and you've already made this back."
"On the influencer side — we manage your Instagram, post for you 2-3 times a week, give you the growth playbook, the hashtag strategy, the brand deal roadmap. People with just 1,000 followers are getting paid $100 to $500 per brand deal. A couple of those and the whole investment has paid for itself."
"Both paths make you money. Both paths build your career. And ICONIC sets you up for both at once."
"If you went out and bought all of this separately — the photos, the website, the social media management, the influencer coaching — you're looking at over $2,600."
"But that's NOT what you're going to pay. Not even close."
(Don't reveal the price yet. Move to the comparison slide.)
Go slow here. The influencer angle is the ROI play — it shifts the conversation from "cost" to "investment." Make sure they hear: portfolio = look professional, influencer package = start earning. The two go hand in hand.
The deck shows a side-by-side comparison table.
"Let me put it side by side so you can really see the difference."
| Traditional Studio | ICONIC by AI | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost (full package: photographer, MUA, hair, retouching, studio) | $3,000 - $4,000 | $24.99/wk or $700 paid in full |
| Access | Must live near a studio | Available anywhere — AI does 80% of the work |
| Photos | 8-10 | 15-18 + 2-3 fresh posts/week |
| Travel | Drive to studio, take day off | From your phone, 5 minutes |
| Website | Not included | Included |
| Z-Card | Extra cost | Included |
| Social media | Not included | 2-3 posts/week + captions |
| You're on your own | Fully managed for you | |
| Ongoing content | Nothing. One and done. | Fresh content every week for 3 months |
| Influencer coaching | Not included | Growth playbook + brand deal roadmap |
| Income potential | None — it's an expense | Modelling gigs + influencer brand deals |
"It's not even close, right? On the left — you spend $3-4K and walk away with photos. On the right — you spend a fraction, and you walk away with a modelling career AND an influencer income stream."
"The AI photos are genuinely on par with what you'd get at a studio. Let me show you..."
(Now is a good time to switch to a sample portfolio tab and show real examples.)
The deck shows a quote and before/after photos.
This is where you show real portfolios. Switch to your browser tab with sample portfolio pages. Let them scroll through and react. Don't talk over it — let the photos speak.
"So these are real examples. This person sent us a few selfies from their phone..."
(After showing the portfolio:)
"And this is just the modelling side. On top of this, we're posting content like this to their Instagram every week, growing their following, getting them in front of brands. Two income paths — modelling gigs and influencer deals — both running at the same time."
(Show the before selfies.)
"...and this is what we built for them."
(Show the portfolio photos. Pause. Let them react.)
"Pretty wild, right? And that's their website, their Z-card, everything — all from a few phone selfies."
If they say "wow" or "that's amazing" — that's your buying signal. They're sold on the quality. Now you just need to make the price work.
The deck shows three payment options.
"So remember — the total value of everything I just showed you is over $2,400."
"We've got three ways to get started. And honestly, any of them is a steal compared to the old way."
"Option one is paid in full — $700. That's the best deal. You save $300, and you get priority delivery in 3 to 4 days instead of 7."
"Option two is two payments of $400. Still a great deal — you save $200."
"Or option three — $24.99 a week. That's $3.57 a day. Less than a coffee."
"And remember — this isn't just a cost. On the modelling side, a few days of industry work pays it back. On the influencer side, a couple of brand deals and you've made it back. People with just 1,000 followers are earning $100 to $500 per deal. This is an investment that pays for itself."
Always present the $700 first. It anchors the price. Even if they end up on $24.99/week, presenting the full price first makes the weekly feel cheap. Always say "$3.57 a day" — never just "$24.99 a week." And always pivot to the ROI: modelling gigs + brand deals = this pays for itself.
Don't ask "which one can you afford?" — that's condescending. Say "which of those three works best for you?" — that's an assumptive close. All three answers are a yes.
The deck shows: "Let's get you started."
"So [NAME] — you said earlier you wanted to [REPEAT THEIR REASON FROM SLIDE 1]. This is exactly how you do it."
"On the modelling side, you'll have a professional portfolio, a website, and a Z-card ready to send to agencies. On the influencer side, we're managing your Instagram, growing your audience, and setting you up for brand deals. Both paths, one package."
"Which of those three options works best for you?"
(STOP TALKING. The first person to speak loses. Wait.)
After you ask the question — BE SILENT. This is the hardest part. You will want to fill the silence. Don't. Let them think. Let them answer. 5 seconds of silence feels like forever but it works.
If they pick an option:
"Perfect. What's the best email to send everything to?"
(Get their email, send the payment link in the video call chat, walk them through it.)
If they hesitate:
"Totally understand. On a scale of 1 to 10, where are you at right now?"
(Whatever they say, ask:)
"OK, what would need to happen to make it a 10?"
(This reveals their real objection. Handle it — see the objections section below.)
If they need to think about it:
"I totally get that. Look — I'll send you the link now, and if you sign up today, I can lock in the pricing and get your portfolio started this week. The sooner you start, the sooner it's working for you."
You WILL hear these. The most common ones are about money — most of your leads are not sitting on cash. That's OK. The whole pitch is that this MAKES them money. Here's exactly what to say.
If they say "Friday": Send the payment link immediately. Text them Thursday night: "Hey [NAME], just a reminder — your ICONIC spot is reserved for tomorrow. Can't wait to get started on your portfolio!" Follow up Friday morning if they haven't paid. This is your highest-intent lead — they WANT it, they just need the timing to work.
Never make them feel bad about their financial situation. Most of your leads are not wealthy. That's the whole point of ICONIC — giving access to people who never had it. Be empathetic, be real, but always bring it back to: "This is an investment that pays you back. $3.30 a day. Two income paths."
The golden rule of objection handling: Never argue. Never make them feel bad. Always agree first — "I hear you," "I totally get that," "Great question" — then reframe. With money objections: empathise, then pivot to "$3.30 a day" and "this makes you money back." With confidence objections: build them up, then show them the path. Always bring it back to the two income paths: modelling gigs + influencer deals. This isn't a cost — it's the start of something.
50% of sales happen in the follow-up. Most people who don't buy on the call just need a nudge. Don't give up after one "no."
| What | When |
|---|---|
| Funnel / quiz link | Immediately after the call |
| Payment link (if they chose a plan) | During the call in chat |
| Instagram Growth Playbook link | After sign-up — shows them the income path |
| Follow-up text | 24 hours after a "maybe" — mention both modelling + influencer angle |
| Second follow-up | 3 days later |
| Sample portfolio links | If they asked for more examples |
Keep this next to your screen during calls.
Rapport. "How's your day?" / "What made you interested?"
Problem. #1 barrier is ACCESS — no studio near them. Full package (photographer, MUA, hair, retouching, studio) costs $3-4K. 8-10 photos, travel, intimidating.
Agitate. "Even if you found a studio & spent $3-4K on the full package, you get 10 photos. Then what?"
Solution. "What if you could do it all from your phone?" Two-pronged: modelling career + influencer income. "ICONIC delivers both."
How it works. Quiz → Selfies → We build → You're live → Instagram managed + influencer playbook.
Value stack. Go through each item slowly. Modelling side (photos, website, Z-card) + influencer side (Instagram, growth playbook, brand deals). $2,600 total value.
Comparison + examples. Old way vs ICONIC. Show real portfolios. "Two income paths — modelling gigs AND influencer deals."
Pricing. $700 / $400x2 / $24.99 wk. "$3.57 a day." ROI: a few gigs or brand deals = paid for itself.
Close. Repeat their reason from slide 1. "Both paths, one package." "Which option works best?" Then SHUT UP.
