There is no Monterey field, no handover date and no status anywhere in the system — so an account's first Monterey line is the earliest evidence it went over, never the day it was referred.

Every month from Aug 2022 to Jul 2026 carries “Paid to Monterey” lines. Since 2026-07-31 there are none. It is not a gap in the source: the schedules file holds 6,108 ordinary payment lines dated August 2026, against 6,303 in July, so August is fully covered and simply has no Monterey money in it. Either Monterey stopped remitting, or the remittances stopped being posted. The CRM cannot tell you which — the posting is done by hand.
“New agreements” counts accounts whose FIRST Monterey line falls in that month — the closest thing the CRM has to a handover date.

The CRM calls this collections, never Monterey — which is why
searching for the agency's name does not find it. The booking screen carries a
“Confirm collection ?” button wired to
BookingUIClass.collection. It stamps collected='Y' and a
collectiondate on the booking, and the reports menu has an In Collections
export that selects on exactly that flag.
Verified against every shape the page's own form can produce: one studio, all studios, no studio, MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, DD/MM/YYYY, a single day on a known collection date, and the form's hidden fields replayed exactly. Not the session and not the parameters — Debtor Ledger, Default Ledger and Credit Control all return rows through the identical call in the same session. So the file below is rebuilt from the parts, emitting the CRM's header byte for byte, blank columns and all.

The flag says placed into collections. It does not say Monterey — the CRM writes no agency name into any field, on this flag or anywhere else. What ties the two together is circumstantial and worth stating plainly: 569 of the 17,921 placed accounts have the word Monterey typed into their notes, another 520 accounts name Monterey in the notes but were never flagged at all, and only 943 accounts in the whole book ever carried Monterey money. The export's columns are agency-shaped and useless internally. Nothing in the CRM records the file actually being transmitted — no send log, no schedule, no FTP or email trail. If it goes by email or through Monterey's portal, that happens outside this system.
