Two ways to measure the same thing — why the columns differ. CRM basis (appointment date) = of the shoots that were on the calendar in this range, how many showed up (showed ÷ on-calendar). This is the exact basis of the CRM’s own Show Rate report, so it always reads settled — the appointment already happened or it didn’t. Cancellations are counted here as no-shows (in the denominator). This is attendance. Our basis (lead date) = of the leads received in this range, what share booked and then showed (Show % = showed ÷ booked). Because it’s pinned to the lead date, a recent range reads low until those leads’ appointments happen (~8 weeks to fully settle). Pick a settled range and it converges on the CRM number — that’s the Gap column shrinking to ~0. Lead→Show % = showed ÷ all leads — a different question again (“of the leads we bought, how many became a show”, ~2–5%). It divides by leads, not appointments, so it’s not comparable to the two Show Rate columns — it’s the true bottom-line output per lead. Recycled (…R) codes fold into their parent. Both sides exclude nothing else.
