Two bases, and they are labelled everywhere they meet. Shoots, shows, cash and financed are
keyed to the appointment date β the CRM's own Show Rate basis β so this range is settled.
Lead β booking is not: a lead received last week has not had time to book, so it comes from
a settled lead cohort (Fri, 24 Apr 2026βWed, 22 Jul 2026). Anything combining the two β
leads per body, cash per lead, all-in per lead β is composed from the two
rates, never from raw counts across mismatched windows. Written is the whole agreement. Cash is the CRM Total Deposit β deposit + card +
AfterPay β the money that actually landed on the day. Financed is the balance left over, of
which roughly 40% is ever collected (/collections-health measures the fall from
55.9% to 39.8%). All-in per booking = cash + 40% of financed, divided by
everyone who was on the calendar, so it carries the no-shows too. That is the number to plan
against β written flatters every segment by roughly the amount you never collect. A "recent" tag on the leads column means that code family has no settled cohort β PMax
carried zero leads before ~Jun 2026 β so its conversion is measured on the last 11 weeks instead.
That understates it if anything, since the newest leads have not finished booking. GX and PX are shown twice: inside "Adults β all", and on their own rows. Both are stopped,
so Adults excl. GX + PX is the row that describes the business going forward β it is what
the Popup Planner uses for its adult defaults. Kids = KIDS/KIDSX or a β¦KX suffix; checked against the roster's Age column, that bucket is
99.1% under-18.
