Package price written, dated to the period the viewing fell in. Green is that city's best period, red its worst — read across the row, not down the column. Trend compares the average of the earliest third of complete periods against the latest third, rather than first-vs-last, so one quiet period cannot swing it.

Cash on the day per sale over $300

Average cash collected on the day, across sales whose package price was over $300. The $300 floor strips out the photo-only sales, which are numerous and tiny and drag a plain average down without saying anything about how the deposit was sold. Green is that city's best period, red its worst — read across the row, not down the column. Booking rate

Bookings as a share of leads received in that period. Lead-cohort basis, so the newest periods under-read until those leads mature.

Trend compares the average of the earliest third of complete periods against the latest third, rather than first-vs-last, so one quiet period cannot swing it.

Bookings as a share of leads received in that period. Lead-cohort basis, so the newest periods under-read until those leads mature. Show rate

Appointment basis: on the calendar minus no-shows and cancellations. Green is that city's best period, red its worst — read across the row, not down the column. Trend compares the average of the earliest third of complete periods against the latest third, rather than first-vs-last, so one quiet period cannot swing it.

Three different bases on this page — they do not reconcile to each other, and should not.
Revenue, deals, cash, close rate, viewers come from the CRM viewings feed, one row per client who sat down with a viewer. City = the studio they shot at. Settled — this is the money.
Leads, bookings, booking % come from the CRM ROI feed, keyed to the day the lead arrived. City = the marketing code.
Show % is the appointment basis — on the calendar minus no-shows and cancellations, keyed to the appointment date, so it is always settled. That is the same basis as the CRM's own Show Rate report. The lead-cohort show % is shown beside it in the Funnel tab and reads lower on recent months because those leads have not finished maturing.
Florida and Orlando share a lead pool. FL* codes shoot at both studios, so leads, bookings and shows are shown for the pair, not split. Revenue and deals are studio-true and stay separate.

Biggest gaps against the network median

Nashville — show rate 49.9% vs a median of 56.6%, worth about $623,221 a year
Houston — booking rate 5.1% vs a median of 5.6%, worth about $569,665 a year
Houston — cash up front 25.7% vs a median of 34.9%, worth about $533,138 a year

KIDS leads received, and what they turn into

KIDS runs on two code families and both are counted here: *KIDSX is the Blue Rooms Instagram/Facebook buy, *KX is the same product on Google. They are shown split as well as combined because Orlando has no KIDSX codes at all — every Orlando kids lead arrives on KX, so a KIDSX-only count would report Orlando as having no kids business. Leads, bookings and show rate are the shared FL/ORL pool for those two cities (†); viewings, deals and revenue are studio-true.

Viewers per city, and how much is worked remotely

There is no remote/in-studio flag in the CRM. This is derived: a viewer's home city is wherever they took most of their viewings over the window, so any viewing they took for a different city can only have happened on Zoom. It will understate a viewer who works remotely into their own home city.

Every viewer, by city worked

A viewer who works more than one city appears once per city. Rank colours only apply where they saw 20+ clients. Cash / sale ($300+ sales) is the average taken on the day across sales over $300 — it strips out the sub-$300 photo-only sales that drag a plain average down. Took $300+ up front counts the sales where the deposit itself reached $300, which is the deposit-quality read rather than the deal-size one.

35 viewer/city pairs with fewer than 5 viewings are not listed (one-off cover). Their viewings and revenue ARE included in every total above.

Where the money is

Every city/metric pair sitting below the network median, priced at what closing the gap to median would be worth. Held at the city's own deal size and close rate — no assumption that a weak city suddenly sells like the best one. Sorted by annual value.
