Frequently Asked Questions
After you upload your selfies, our AI model trains on your unique features. This takes about 1-2 days. Photo generation then takes an additional 1-2 days. Total turnaround is 3-4 business days for priority delivery. You'll receive an email notification the moment your photos are ready to view.
Yes! You can request changes through the "Request Changes" button on your Portfolio tab. Common changes include style adjustments, outfit preferences, or background changes. One round of revisions is included with every package. Additional revision rounds are available for $49 each.
We generate 2-3 social posts per week from your AI model, along with professional captions, managed for 3 months. Our team schedules and posts content to your Instagram account on a weekly basis. You'll be able to review upcoming posts on your dashboard before they go live. We handle everything — you just watch your following grow.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days notice. All photos that have already been generated are yours to keep forever. Your portfolio website will remain active for 30 days after cancellation. Instagram management stops at the end of your billing cycle.
Absolutely! If you've changed your hair color, style, or any other feature, update your profile in the "My Profile" tab. Upload new selfies reflecting your current look, and we'll retrain your AI model. New photos will be generated within 3-4 business days. This is included for monthly subscribers; one-time payment clients can request a refresh for $149.
You do! All photos generated by ICONIC by AI are your property. You have full commercial rights to use them however you wish — social media, websites, print, modeling portfolios, dating apps, or anywhere else. We never sell or share your photos without your explicit written consent.
