The model works.
Ads are cheap ($2.35 CPL). People book. People show up. People say yes. The bottleneck isn't demand — it's that there's no way to take their money through the system.
ACH bank payments recommended over card — $1 fee vs $18.30 on a $700 sale, and much harder to chargeback.
