Formal cancellation under Section 4 of the agreement, sale #189267 dated 26 Jul 2026: "I am formally requesting that the Company provide its written consent to cancel the agreement and terminate all remaining payment obligations. I am also requesting that no further monthly payments be processed while this cancellation request is being reviewed." After being told $1,000 was the maximum reduction available she came back: "Would you be willing to consider a further reduction to bring the remaining balance closer to $1,500 as a final settlement? ... I would sincerely appreciate it if you could check whether an exception or additional approval is possible."
